Review:
I have no idea what has taken me so long to read this series. I have heard nothing but great things about it, and have had it sitting in my Kindle for awhile now. Well I do have a mile long TBR, but I just haven’t been in the mood for Fifty Shades ‘ish’ type books lately. Well I am certainly in the mood for Ethan and The Blackstone Affair series now!

It was intense, steamy and sexy, with a great plot—and a flippin awesome hero!!! Yes Ethan Blackstone is so freakin hot my Kindle was burning up—and no I’m not even exaggerating ;-p

“Because I want you again. I want in you again. I want to make you come with my cock so deep you’ll never forget I was there. I want to come inside you, Brynne, and feel that with you.”

He is such a bad, dirty boy ;-p

But he is also passionate, charming, endearing, and dare I say loving towards our heroine Brynne. He is definitely all alpha male, possessive, with lots of money—but don’t let that scare you away. That is where the similarities between Fifty Shades and The Blackstone Affair end, for this novel anyway. There is no BDSM or kinky fuckery—just hot sex, and lots of it!!!

But they both have secrets.
“Ethan didn’t want to talk about his scars any more than I wanted to talk about mine.”

Since this is a series, with a cliffhanger, we don’t get much in the way of disclosure to what Brynne’s or Ethan’s secrets are. Except for, of course, a revelation at the very end that leaves us on the edge of our seats and wanting more. Well lucky for anyone who is reading this review—all three books in the series are out so we don’t have to wait!!!

I highly recommend this book to fans of Fifty Shades and Crossfire Novels. Or anyone who like steamy novels—because like I said, it is steamy!!!
